Cowel Gwenyn
Overlooking Camel Valley's award-winning vineyards, Cowel Gwenyn is one of two lovely cottages nestling in beautiful countryside on the south-facing side of the Camel Valley. Eighty-two tranquil and unspoilt acres offer a private stretch of excellent salmon and trout river, a lake for bird watching, idyllic walks and panoramic views. Riding, cycling and walking on the Camel Trail through the farm to Padstow's sandy beaches and Rick Stein's restaurants (10miles).
The cottages bask in their own natural sun trap - ideal for holidays all year. Wine tasting available by arrangement. Salmon fishing at the farm. Central for exploring both Cornish coasts. Bodmin, with tennis, swimming and shopping, 3miles. Cycle hire and coarse fishing available locally. The Eden Project 8miles. Pub serving food 1½miles along Camel Trail.
Partially adjoining a wing of the owner's farmhouse. Cowel Gwenyn (sleeps 2 in comfort) is a cosy and secluded cottage with a spacious entrance & dining area with galley kitchen with washing machine, and door to west facing terrace overlooking fields and the valley beyond. Bathroom/toilet with shower over bath. Down stairs to sitting room with private terrace overlooking the vineyards, upstairs to comfortable double bedroom.
